Trouble Shooting Your National Walking Sprinkler

At the beginning of the season, check to make sure your sprinkler is clean and unobstructed. To do this, unscrew the bottom plate and the spray nozzles. With these two things clean, the sprinkler should perform better.

If the sprinkler is not walking–check to see if the pawls are down and engaging the teeth on the wheel (Figure 1).
